19th of June 2010 Hello Monday…how you doing??
What a weekend of sports! The All Blacks played in Wellington on Saturday night against South Africa, Then here in Auckland on the same night we had the Warriors play the Melbourne Storm and on Sunday David Tua was in Atlantic city taking on Monte Barrett…
Talk about a busy weekend on the box for all the sports fans out there. The All Blacks had a spectacular defeat against South Africa 31-17 and then the
Warriors win against the Melbourne (overpaid) Storms haha 13-6…and last but not least our very own David Tua who is over in Atlantic city right now. Even thou he didn’t win the fight against Monte Barrett he is still a WINNER in my eyes and amongst the pacific community!! Go TUA!! Don’t stop till you get enough:)
Today on the show I told you about the formula for the “perfect handshake” some of you missed out on it and many of you called on thru to post it up...so I thought I’ll post it up on here, just so you can remember to always do the “perfect handshake” Did you know - 70 percent of people lack confidence when it comes to doing a handshake isn’t that wild!now you have no reason to lack confidence because the formula for the perfect handshake is below and it will never let you down:)
Tips and Tricks for the “perfect handshake”
The rules for men and women are the same
1) Always use your Right hand
2) Have a complete grip and a firm squeeze (but not too strong you don’t want to hurt anyones hand)
3) Remember to have a cool and dry palm and make sure your hands are clean too!
4) Three shakes and no more,
5) Have medium level of energy, held for no longer than two to three seconds,
6) Finally always have eye contact kept throughout the handshake and a good natural smile:)
And there you go people the perfect handshake. So go out there and start putting this formula to great use
