Niu Days Weekdays 10am - 2pm

Happy Autumn!

Faka lofa lahi Atu all! hope you had a fantastic week! I have to say the year of the Tiger has proven to be very interesting indeed! This week in review has seen an Earthquake in Chile measuring 8.8 on the Richter scale followed by a Tsunami:( The earthquake was so powerful we received Tsunami warnings. Although it just tickled our shores there were heroes who refused to take the warning seriously stupid people I say! Hmm what else? You know the worlds gone crazy when Mc Donalds food is endorsed by Weight watchers haha Yeeyah! 6.5 points for a Fillet o fish, Salad and drink haha I love it! This week we had a chat with Mr John Banks about his candidacy for the super city and in a moment of awesomeness he admitted TWICE that the All Blacks are only successful because of the Pacific Islanders in the team woot woot! Make sure you tune in next Friday for a chat with South Auckland Mayor Len Brown. Dont forget the coolest party this Friday at Desi Lounge. Its the 21st you never had! See you all there! Cheehoo! Its Party time! Mad love Nic x

Its Feb already!

Feb 15th-19th Wow! What a week! Tragedy unfortunately struck our Island nations with cyclones hitting the Cooks, Tonga and Niue. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected. On a lighter note our Pacific nations have definitely been representing on the rugby front with Fiji taking out the NZ leg of the IRB 7s and Samoa taking out the Las Vegas leg. This week we welcomed a new segment on the show called 'Good to know' each week we will have two Pacific professionals giving us good advice on Real estate and Health. Our real estate consultant is Sieva Jackson from Custom residential and our health guru is GP Dr Alvin Mitikulena from Nga Wari medical centre in Newtown Wellington. Make sure you tune in for good to know advice! Next week we have DVD giveaways thanks to Village Roadshow and movie passes from Disney. Niu days with me Nicole 10am-2pm:) x
