Mornin' Hustle with Sela: Weekdays 6am - 10am

Mornin' Hustle with Sela

Get your mornin' hustle on with me - Sela!  Exercise the mind, body and soul every weekday morning from six!

Join me for a couple of old favourites like UNCLE SAM who talks to me about absolutely nothing while trying to use big words.  Plus the great return of D-LO the furry little Gigolo will have you listening carefully to crack the track and win.

Come play SIONE VS. SINA, it's GAME ON as the boys take on the girls.  You just need a couple of things to play.  1. A great attitude! And 2. Just a little school experience, even if you've only walked passed a school or looked at a school from outside the gates... you can play!

And we'll celebrate the beautiful kids of this planet with KIDS CORNER!

There's a lot more in store so come on in for a visit.  Heaps of fun and loads of laughs every morning... let's get our hustle on for 2010 and beyond!

WHAT'S NEWS? - MARCH 10

Hey you... hopefully you would have got your head around what's happening with me at the moment - if you're up late tomorrow night (Thursday 11 March), catch Tagata Pasifika at 10.50, just after One News. Osone and Adrian from T.P have put together a little story about my condition, both pre and post surgery - I haven't seen it yet, so looking forward to seeing the final cut. The main reason why I'm putting this all out there is for you or someone you know or love to take head to how necessary it is to look after your heart - lead a healthy life, for you and your family. We, as Pacific peoples are too often on the wrong side of statistics when it comes to looking after ourselves, so I'm urging you to take the lead! I'm going to keep being on your case with this so get up and get healthy k!!

To all those who have dropped messages via other means, I truly appreciate it and say fa’afetai fa’afetai tele lava – thank you!.. A special thank you to Innes Logan – the MAN behind SPASIFIK magazine who has followed my progress post Heart bypass surgery with a Blog – feel free to have a read about how things are going by visiting the following link: http://www.spasifikmag.com/8feb10roadtorecovery/ Soifua..Sela
