Money PACIFIC 2011 Calendar Competition
A competition has been launched to find the best photographs to feature on the 2011 MoneyPACIFIC Calendar.
13 winners will have their entry reproduced as part of the 2011 MoneyPACIFIC Calendar. The shot deemed to be the best overall will receive a return Air NZ economy flight between either NZ-Samoa or NZ-Tonga. In addition, $100 on a Westpac Express Card from Westpac NZ Bank will be awarded to each of the 12 photographs selected to appear inside the calendar.
We are seeking budding photographers who can illustrate Pacific school, church, community or family groups in action (photographs entered must be taken in NZ, Tonga or Samoa). You can interpret this theme anyway you wish, as long as your photo captures a magical moment that makes the rest of us wish we’d been there to see it.
Photographs must have Pacific community, church, school or family groups at their heart. Before you enter, make sure you read the full details of the terms and conditions by looking at the attached flyer (if you would like more copies of the flyer, please let me know and I will send them to you fast post).
The competition closing date is Tuesday, 31 August 2010. Entry is free (up to three entries may be made by any one entrant). Entry details are available on the attached flyer.
Last year the MoneyPACIFIC calendar was made available through schools, churches and community groups within New Zealand, Tonga and Samoa. Many of these groups took up the opportunity to sell the calendar for a nominal fee. All funds raised were kept by the groups for the purchase of school sporting equipment, youth activities and church functions. Feedback and support for the calendar has been exceptional.
This is an excellent opportunity to feature on the MoneyPACIFIC Calendar, which will be displayed in the homes of 70,000 families throughout New Zealand, Tonga and Samoa in 2011.
